MAYANGAN – Kamis (8/10), DPC Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Seluruh Indonesia (K-SPSI) Kota Probolinggo menggelar doa bersama sebagai bentuk penolakan terhadap Undang-Undang (UU) Cipta Kerja yang baru saja disahkan DPR RI beberapa waktu lalu. Doa bersama ini menjadi cara mereka berharap keadilan kepada Allah SWT.
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di kantor sekretariat DPC K-SPSI dihadiri Wawali Mochammad Soufis Subri, Kapolres Probolinggo Kota AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya, Ketua DPRD Abdul Mujib, Perwakilan Apindo Sahri, Ketua K-SPSI M Faisol, Plt DPMPTSP Aman Suryaman serta anggota organisasi pekerja tersebut.
Ketua DPC K-SPSI Kota Probolinggo tidak menginstruksikan turun ke jalan seperti yang dilaksanakan di daerah lain karena ada berbagai pertimbangan, setelah berkoordinasi dengan para petinggi di Kota Probolinggo.
“Kami harus bangkit, doa bersama dengan tujuan utama bagaimana bisa mengambil makna dari semuanya. Menjalani semua tanpa ada kerusuhan-kerusuhan. Saat ini kami mengadakan doa bersama dengan tujuan tidak lepas dari sebuah keadilan,” kata M.Faisol.
Pihaknya berharap, UU Cipta Kerja dapat bermanfaat bagi semuanya walaupun di sisi lain semua pengurus di Jawa Timur menolak terhadap UU tersebut melalui aksi turun ke jalan. “Tapi, kami di Kota Probolinggo mengadakan seperti ini, kemasannya meminta petunjuk kepada Allah supaya omnibus law yang ada di Indonesia bermanfaat untuk semua,” tegasnya.
Perwakilan Apindo Kota Probolinggo, Sahri mengungkapkan keprihatinannya terkait UU Cipta Kerja tersebut. Katanya, Apindo memahami situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi secara global melanda Indonesia. Mengingat kondisi tersebut, maka DPD Apindo tetap mengharap hal atau pasal yang kurang berkenan akan mendapat dukungan atau penolakan melalui upaya hukum di Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK). “Prosedur itu yang harus dilakukan, sehingga tidak ada permasalahan. Apindo tidak menolak tapi mana yang kami rasa perlu verifikasi untuk dapat dilakukan pembetulan,” cetusnya.
Sementara itu, Kapolres Probolinggo Kota AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya menyampaikan rasa bangganya karena DPC K-SPSI mau menerima masukan untuk melakukan kegiatan yang lebih pas sebagai wujud gerakan penolakan UU Cipta Kerja.
“Saya sampaikan, saat meminta ke manusia susah dan kecewa, ya minta sama Allah SWT. Mengikuti apa yang ditetapkan Allah SWT, selanjutnya nanti itu rahasia Allah SWT. Inilah acaranya (doa bersama) khususnya meminta keadilan sama Allah SWT yang terbaik bagi teman-teman (pekerja) dan masyarakat Kota Probolinggo,” tutur kapolresta.
“Kalau Kota Probolinggo aman dan kondusif, harapannya nanti investor pindah kesini. Yang jelas, saya siap menerima curhatan, pengaduan apa saja sepanjang kami bisa membijaksanai. Bisa memberikan solusi secara musyawarah,” tegas AKBP Ambariyadi.
Sama halnya dengan kapolresta, Wawali Kota Probolinggo Mochammad Soufis Subri mengapresiasi kerja keras pekerja di kota ini. “Saya bangga atas kerja keras panjenengan semua dapat melaksanakan kegiatan lebih ke arah persuasif. Kegiatan ini (doa bersama) nilainya jauh lebih besar dalam mengawal kebijakan omnibus law ke depannya,” tuturnya.
Yang terpenting, menurut Wawali Subri, strategi ke depan bagi pekerja untuk menyiapkan strategi dalam penolakan UU tersebut. “Gerakan santun ini sangat tepat. Betul sekali yang disampaikan Pak Kapolresta, insyaallah Kota Probolinggo akan dilirik oleh investor karena punya nilai jual. Karena kondusif adalah modal utama membangun suatu daerah. Dan, insyaallah Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo selalu hadir terkait permasalahan perburuhan,” imbuh Subri, yang kehadirannya saat itu mewakili Wali Kota Hadi Zainal Abidin yang berhalangan hadir. The Probolinggo City DPC Confederation of All Indonesian Workers Unions (K-SPSI) held a joint prayer on Thursday (8/10), as a form of rejection of the Job Creation Law that was set to be passed into law by the Parliament recently. The joint prayer is their way of asking for justice to God Allah SWT.
It was carried out at the K-SPSI secretariat office, attended by Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri, Probolinggo City Police Chief AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya, DPRD Speaker Abdul Mujib, Representative of Apindo Sahri, Chairperson of K-SPSI M Faisol, Acting Head of DPMPTSP Aman Suryaman, and members of the workers’ organization.
The organization opted not to take to streets after having coordination with high-ranking officials in the city.
“We need to rise, pray together to understand the meaning of all these without causing any riots. Currently, we hold a prayer to find justice,” said M. Faisol.
His side hopes that the Job Creation Law can be of benefit to all even though on the other hand all officials of the organizations in East Java reject the law, making way to the streets to protest against it. “But, we in Probolinggo city has another way, praying to God instead to ask for omnibus law to give benefits to all sides,” he said.
A representative of Apindo of Probolinggo city, Sahri, expressed his concern regarding the Job Creation Law. He said, Apindo understands the situation but still hopes that less favorable articles specified in the Law will receive support or rejection through legal remedies at the Constitutional Court (MK). “The procedure must be done, so there would be no problems. Apindo did not reject the Law, but things we think need verification to require corrections,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Probolinggo City Police Chief AKBP Ambariyadi Wijaya, expressed his pride because K-SPSI was willing to receive recommendations in carrying out activities that were more appropriate as a form of the movement against the Job Creation Law.
“When we can’t expect anything from anyone, then all we can do is asking God Allah SWT for help. Following what Allah SWT has decided, then later it will be Allah SWT’s secret. The event especially asking for justice from Allah SWT for the best for the workers and the people of Probolinggo City,” said the police chief.
“If Probolinggo city is safe and conducive, we hope that investors will put their investment here. What is clear, I am ready to accept any kind of complaint, as long as we can be wise on it, providing solutions by deliberation,” said AKBP Ambariyadi.
Similar to the police chief, Probolinggo Vice Mayor Mochammad Soufis Subri, appreciated the hard work of workers in this city. “I am proud of the long hard work that everyone can carry out more persuasively. This activity (joint prayer) has a much greater value in guarding the omnibus law policy in the future,” he said.
Most importantly, according to Subri, the future step for workers is to prepare a strategy in rejecting the law. “This polite gesture is very appropriate. The police chief said that God willing, Probolinggo city will attract more investors as it has specific added value. To remain conducive is a significant starting point for development. And, God willing, the Probolinggo city administration will always give more attention regarding labor issues,” added Subri, who attended the event representing Mayor Hadi Zainal Abidin. (alfien_tr)
